Basically we are surrounded in our neighborhood by really nice people. The Redmans are our next door neighbors and are such a sweet family. We’ve been through some interesting things together despite only being neighbors for a year or so. One incident involved a medical emergency that now makes for a very interesting story. (I won’t share the gory details on here!) The other involves me getting us into trouble with the park ranger during my photo session with them. I was mortified that I got us in trouble and honestly had NO idea we’d done anything wrong in the 10 minutes we were at Pea Ridge taking pictures. Thankfully we just got a verbal warning and didn’t get a ticket or anything. (Whew!)
We re-scheduled their first session due to weather issues and then right as we were leaving to drive to their outdoor session location it started sprinkling. We were so bummed! We decided to go there anyway and hoped it might stop for a few minutes. Thankfully it slowed for literally a couple of minutes and I fired off a few shots before (1) it started raining harder and (2) the park ranger came up and told us to move on. 🙂 This is my favorite of the ones taken there before we headed back to my studio to finish their sessions.
Ethan was CRACKING us up during the entire session. He very much enjoyed being in front of the camera!
